The cosmic microwave background dipole, Hubble flow and the circular galaxy distribution

The observed cmb dipole cannot be explained in terms of the peculiar velocity of the solar system. In order to understand the physical meaning of the cmb dipole, the author has suggested that it is connected to the Hubble flow velocity of the cluster center. This implies the existence of a center for the expansion of the universe. The computed position of the center of the universe is consistent with that obtained from an analysis of the circular galaxy distribution by the author a few years ago.
