Birthday Group Guidelines

• Participation includes a contribution of $1.00 to purchase birthday cards.

• Members will be divided into groups (see below).  

• Each group will be assigned two or three months per year.  The group is responsible for organizing all aspects of the birthday celebrations during those months.

• Duties include providing goodies, paper products and having a card signed for the birthday person(s) birthday. (Emily Bower will store the birthday cards purchased with the $1.00 contribution.)

• Birthdays for each month will be celebrated the last Friday of the month at 3:00 p.m.

• In those months without a birthday, it is up to the group responsible to decide if they still wish to have a party.

• Emily Bower & Lori Donajkowski will handle updates to the participant and group lists.
